His career spans senior roles at leading global firms, including McLarens where he served as General Manager for Construction & Natural Resources in Australia and Crawford & Company, managing high-value property, engineering, and natural disaster claims.

In establishing Fides Technical Services, George set out to deliver independent, expert-driven adjusting services with a strong emphasis on technical accuracy, fairness, and efficient resolution for insurers, policyholders, and stakeholders. He is passionate about building capability in the industry through mentoring and professional development.
